Delivery costs are calculated automatically when you buy the product. The electronic system of Elmas Web Shop internet store then issues an order form with the product(s) purchase price and delivery costs. The cost of delivery is specified separately in the basket, below the ordered items price.
Delivery date for Croatia for all products described as in-stock is 3 workdays after the receipt of payment from the Customer into Elmas Web Shop bank account. This does not apply to products that are out of stock in Elmas Web Shop (products with “check availability” status), in which case the Customer will be notified about product delivery date. Products will be packaged in a way that protects them from damage under normal handling conditions during shipping.
If Elmas Web Shop internet store cannot deliver any ordered product for any reason, we will contact the Customer by telephone or email to arrange a replacement product or cancellation of order. All other ordered products will be delivered. The cost of delivery is charged after the calculation of all order costs and according to the delivery provider rates. All products are delivered by the delivery service within 3 workdays after the receipt of payment from the Customer into Elmas Web Shop bank account. Ordered items will be packaged in a way that protects them from damage under normal handling conditions during shipping. The Customer must check the package on delivery and, in case of any visible damage, report the damage immediately and decline such damaged delivery.
We deliver our products to all EU countries.
When ordered products are manufactured/prepared, you will be notified that they are in shipping stage. Subsequent shipping time depends on the zone.
Delivery costs depend on a country and are displayed in your basket, on the order form and the invoice.
We deliver orders to Customer’s home address. Delivery dates do not include the following:
1. The day when we receive the order,
2. Delay due to incorrect or incomplete address of the recipient
3. Delay caused by force majeure or traffic problems which Elmas Web Shop or its courier cannot control,
4. Non-working days and non-delivery days for Elmas Web Shop orders.
Return of items / Complaints
In case the Customer wants to return the goods, the Customer shall send a complaint to Elmas d.o.o. by mail, telephone or in writing in accordance with regulatory requirements and due period.
The Customer has the right to return the goods purchased in following cases:
- delivered goods were not ordered,
- delivered goods are faulty or damaged,
- delivered goods have expired.
Elmas d.o.o. agrees to respond to complaints within the time frame defined by the Consumer Protection Act.
